Return & Refund Policy

At Taazaa, a Sunlife Foods company, we maintain strict quality standards for our meat and dairy products.
Due to the perishable nature of these items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and delivered.

All sales made through www.taazaa.ae are final. Customers are encouraged to carefully review their orders before checkout.

If you experience any issues during ordering or delivery, please contact our customer service team at cs@taazaa.ae within 2 hours of delivery for assistance.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

Due to the perishable nature of our meat and dairy products, cancellations are not permitted after order confirmation.

In exceptional cases (such as duplicate orders or technical errors), customers may contact cs@taazaa.ae immediately for review. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Taazaa.

Exchange / Replacement Policy

Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products, Taazaa does not offer exchanges or replacements.

Customers are responsible for verifying order details, including quantity and product type, before completing payment.
